We tend to think of selfishness as a bad thing. After all, there are other people in the world. Shouldn’t their needs matter?
Well yes, of course, but there are important cases where it’s right and healthy to be selfish. As we say here at the CHEK Institute, you can’t give what you don’t have. Warren Williams explains that expression along with why and when being selfish is good for you in the interview below.
