CHEK Points Loyalty Program

To access the CHEK Points loyalty program, you must create an account through the CHEK Shop. Points are earned at a rate of 1 USD = 1 CHEK Point on qualifying purchases (excluding shipping).

Points can be redeemed for gift cards for future purchases. For physical product orders, points may only be used for up to 5% of the order value. There is no limit on points used for digital products.

If using a payment plan, points are awarded only after full payment is received. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the CHEK Points loyalty program, including earning rates, redemption options, limits, and eligibility requirements, at any time.

Purchase Limits

We do not authorize purchases for resale. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, household, or order.

User Accounts

Some portions of the Sites require registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not transfer or sell your account to others

Your registration data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Content

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise..

Except where prohibited by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you waive the right to trial by jury.

International Users

We control and operate the Sites from the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Sites at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Sites.

General Provisions
