Our Four Doctors speak to us in different ways, and we each learn to get in touch with them in different ways too.
That’s one of the reasons why I’ve played with video posts – Foam Roll Your Ego – and explored Dr. Quiet in many different contexts with my posts – The Chakra System and movement/stretching for example.
Today, I offer you another way to experience Dr. Quiet with me – through a guided meditation.
