Postural problems are so common today, that instead of sticking with the Work-In theme I’ve been focusing on for previous videos, I want to show you a little corrective exercise program that I’ve created.

If you work a desk job, this program is going to be especially helpful. And because most of these are mobilization exercises and require only your body weight, they’re gentle enough that you can use them to start your day off.
