Choose your starting point based on how you work today – lifestyle coaching, corrective exercise, or a complete introduction to the CHEK System.
Each option is online and designed to help you begin with confidence.
The CHEK Practitioner Pathway
The CHEK education system is designed as a progressive pathway.
Each level builds deeper expertise in corrective exercise, holistic health, and lifestyle coaching, enabling you to work with increasingly complex clients.
As a CHEK Practitioner Level 1, you'll learn the foundations of health and performance coaching through the CHEK System. Using the CHEK System, you'll learn to assess key movement and lifestyle factors and guide clients with greater depth than conventional fitness or health coaching.
- IMS Level 1 (online or live 5-day class)
- HLC Level 1 (online or live 3-day class)
Level 2 deepens your ability to assess movement quality and lifestyle patterns, then integrate them into structured client programs. This is where your coaching becomes more precise and your results more consistent with clients who need a deeper approach.
- IMS Level 2
- HLC Level 2
At Level 3 you begin working confidently with more complex cases, including recurring injuries and chronic dysfunction patterns. You'll expand your corrective exercise strategies and learn to manage client progression with greater precision.
- IMS Level 3
Level 4 develops the ability to work systematically with complex presentations where movement, stress, and lifestyle factors interact. You'll apply advanced corrective strategies and integrated coaching methods to support clients with more challenging cases.
- IMS Level 4
- HLC Level 3
Master CHEK Practitioner is the highest level of CHEK Institute education. At this level, you have the experience and systems understanding to assess and prioritise complex cases with confidence and deliver high-level coaching for demanding outcomes.
