Thanks to lots of my own research on anatomy and physiology and consulting with experts I trusted, I developed a keen awareness of the basics needed to sustain a healthy life.
Nearly 30 years ago, I distilled those essentials into the CHEK Totem Pole, a model confirming I was heading in the right direction.
