Physical Products (Books, equipment, DVDs)	30-day full refund guarantee. Must be returned in original packaging, undamaged.
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, MP3s, downloads)	All sales final. No refunds available.
Online Courses & Classes	14-day refund if less than 1 hour or 10% of course completed (whichever is less), and no assets have been downloaded.
Webinars & Teleseminars	All sales final. No refunds available.

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day unconditional guarantee on all physical products shipped to you. To request a return:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Obtain a return authorisation before shipping
• Return items undamaged in original packaging
• Include a copy of your receipt or a note with your name, address, and phone number

Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving the returned product. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). For defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Our return shipping labels are valid only for orders shipped within the USA. Each label is weight-sensitive—please do not include additional items in the shipment.

Refund Deductions

• If a refund is requested and is not due to our error, a 5% deduction may apply to cover transaction fees
• Promotional discounts or gift certificates used on the original order will not be refunded
• Gift certificate portions will be credited to your account for future use

Digital Products

All sales of downloadable digital products are final. This includes:

• eBooks and PDF documents
• MP3 audio files
• Webinar and teleseminar recordings
• Any combination of digital products

We cannot offer refunds on digital products as we cannot guarantee discontinuation of use after a refund is issued.

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us for assistance—we're happy to help!

Online Courses & Classes

Web-based courses and classes are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• You have watched no more than 1 hour of content, or 10% of the course — whichever is less
• You have not downloaded any assets or course materials

Once either threshold has been exceeded, refunds are no longer available.

To request a refund, email shop@chekinstitute.com within 14 days of purchase.

Warranty & Defective Products

We strive to ensure all products meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a defective product:

• C.H.E.K Institute products: 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects
• Third-party products: 60-day defect coverage; after this period, contact the manufacturer directly
• Tornado Ball: 30-day warranty (covers manufacturing flaws only, not product abuse)

For defective products, we may request you return the item for examination. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in these cases.

Products from Distributors

If you purchased a C.H.E.K Institute product from an authorised distributor or reseller, you must handle returns directly through them.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California and Washington state at the current applicable rate.
