Now that weβve begun the process of integrating the many parts of the mind-body connection we discussed previously in my series, whatβs left to talk about? (Actually, it’s a lot!)
To conclude this series, I want to share some of my perspectives about spiritual evolution and how it affects the mind-body connection.
A good place to start is to understand that, to be a spiritual person means taking conscious responsibility for what you create moment-to-moment in your life.
Having a spiritual evolution doesnβt mean constantly taking weekend workshops, getting tattoos or taking trips to the jungles of South America to do Shamanic journeys with the help of plant medicines. None of those things matter if your relationship with life does not change.
Believe me, I have had to help a lot of people reintegrate themselves after theyβve had their heads blown off thanks to plant medicines that donβt do the internal work for them.
The truth is, if youβre not ready to work on yourself, youβre not ready to deal with God.
Evolution is the progressive development of a species, but throw the spiritual into the mix and itβs something quite different.
In my video, youβll learn how flipping the word evolution into reverse changes your perspective entirely, away from the desire for things and toward a deeper understanding and love for what really matters in lifeβ¦
Love and chi,
Paul
