Chicken Bone Broth by The Flavor Chef
Created by Chef Lance Roll, the C.H.E.K Institute’s go-to chef who caters all our conventions and resort courses, this Chicken Bone Broth is produced primarily using Chicken Feet & Back Bones. He uses Apple Cider Vinegar to extract Gelatin and other nutrients out of the bones. The Chicken Bone Broth is slow simmered for 18 hours using a medley of vegetables and aromatic herbs.
