Dynamic Stability is the ability to maintain optimal joint alignment at all times during each and every golf swing. The exercises you will learn in this section will help you learn to maintain optimal alignment of the head, spine and extremity joints while performing the swing.
As with the previous two lessons, you’ll learn how to perform a variety of new exercises as well as how to incorporate theim into a conditioning program.
