It’s shocking to me how often people ask me questions about water, yet do so very little digging on their own about it…

It surprises me for one very important reason: About 60 percent of the human body is made of water. In fact, water makes up more than 70 percent of your heart and brain and even your bones contain some too.

Considering how much of the human body is composed about water, you’d think people would be more interested in the logistics of drinking clean, pure water. For example…

  • Have you had your water tested for quality and what’s actually in it?
  • Do you know how your water piped into your home?
  • What’s the peak working temperature for water? (It’s lower than you think!)
  • Ever heard of dead water?

This week’s video is full of resources so you can begin figuring out how to tap into clean water sources you can use. Here’s a couple of easy-to-use resources to help you get started:

A large section of How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! is devoted to water and it’s based on a lot of research I’ve already done. (I own at least 40 books that have shaped my philosophy about water.)

Search for clean sources of drinking water near you by checking out the Find a Spring website.
