Whether you like or not, all of us live on a health tightrope. Either we’re walking on that tightrope or falling off and trying to climb back on it.

Life is very much a long string of falls and recoveries, and it’s those very experiences that help us (hopefully) learn, grow and inspire us to get back to that state of good health.

If you’re not prepared to live in balance most of the time, when the inevitable challenges do come, you may not have the resources to handle them.

Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t want to put in the hard work it takes to get back to good health. Instead of taking paying attention to the 4 Doctors basics, they’ll take short cuts in the form of performance-enhancing drugs that can set them in a downward spiral which isn’t uncommon at all.

In this video, my goal here is to synthesize some of the concepts we teach students at the CHEK Academy and simplify them in ways that can be useful to anyone who wants to create what they want in their lives versus being trapped in shoulda/coulda thinking.

You’ll get a bird’s eye view of my inner world in the form of diagrams and discussion, so you’ll see how I process my own life and knowledge, then use it in practical ways to address the inevitable challenges of life that are as common as a morning rain shower.

Love and chi,

Paul
