It’s a unique approach for perceiving many of the internal keys to health and wellbeing based on the six principles outlined in Paul’s How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! and The Last 4 Doctors You’ll Ever Need.
For example, incorporating play — the first P in PEPPRS — is a critical component of what you need to have a healthy body, gut, mind and emotions.
