At the C.H.E.K Institute, we often talk about how movement can be a form of healing.
What I want to show you in my video today is an example of that principle.
The combination of work-in movements and isometric exercises I’ll show you act as a targeted pump, flushing out waste and pumping in nutrients. And because theses are Zone Exercises we’ll be using you can pinpoint particular areas of the body to direct some much needed healing to specific organs, glands and tissues.
