Time is a very elusive thingβ¦
Given all of our commitments to the world and our loved ones, youβd have a hard time finding many people who believe they have enough time to finish everything that needs doing in a given day.
Time is the most common excuse people give for not doing healthy things for themselves, even as simple as meditating. People are so busy, their minds are racing ahead of their bodies!
But Iβm busy too. I travel, teach classes, run multiple business, handle a pretty heavy load of clients and have a growing family who needs my attention.
So, how can I possibly make time to meditate?
In this short video, Iβll show you by turning very simple, repetitive activities β raking leaves, pulling weeds, splitting firewood or washing dishes β into opportunities to quiet your mind and slip into a beautiful, magical place.
Love and chi,
Paul
