Where is your life going? If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there…

It’s a simple question that can get pretty complicated if you don’t know the answer…

Many people make their lives much harder than they want to, largely due to conditioning. They’re so busy chasing the next big NO THING — a possession that really does nothing to improves their lives — they’re forced to be a slave to the chase.

Once a person jumps on to that Habitrail, their lives go on autopilot. In other words, no direction other than pursuing that next big NO THING is choosing not to make a choice…

What breaks that pattern starts with asking yourself another question: Do you have a dream?

If you’re so upside down in the pursuit of that big NO THING, you probably can’t identify your North Star that keeps your life pointed in the direction you want it to go.

In my video, I’ll share an exercise to help you begin to figure out what your dream really is by using the 4 Doctors, an easy way to help you define the values it will take to achieve your goals.

A tip: If you can’t figure out what your dream is, it’s wise to start by identifying the nightmare or the source of greatest resistance to your happiness, well-being or flow of your own creative energy.

Love and chi,

Paul
