Updates to the C.H.E.K Institute Affiliate Program.
We’ve made some changes to our Affiliate Program for 2017 and we are excited to share them with you!
- We’ve added all our e-learning correspondence courses to the program. You will earn a 25% commission when someone uses your affiliate link to purchase a course.
- We’ve also added the new CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach online with 25% commission (that’s over $210 to you when it’s sold at full price!!).
- Plus the new CHEK Foundations Program gives you 15% commissions for the first three months that a new customer subscribes.
We’ve also updated our cookie policy and added some important information on W-8 forms and tax witholding for international affiliates. You can read more about these boring but essential parts of the Affiliate Agreement in the agreement itself.

So here’s all you need to do to continue as an affiliate:
Step 1. Accept the updated Affiliate Agreement. Click on the appropriate green button below once you have read the agreement. We recommend you save a copy of the file for your records. Click here to open the Affiliate Agreement.
Step 2. Submit a new W-9 (US affiliates) or W-8 (International affiliates). Once you accept the new agreement, you’ll be taken to a page where you can download the forms.
Step 3. That’s it! Now you can log into the C.H.E.K Institute Affiliate Admin Center to access all the banners, links and more so you can start earning commissions on all the new products and programs.

If you decide not to accept the updated Affiliate Agreement and click either of the red buttons, then your status as a C.H.E.K Institute affiliate will be revoked and you will no longer be part of the program.
