All tests from the C.H.E.K Institute’s correspondence courses and Advanced Training Programs can now be taken online. However, your manual does include the exam as well. If you would prefer to complete your exam from the manual, please finish the answer key included in the course manual, and mail, fax or email it to:

To take your exam for any of the following, go to our e-learning platform and log in.
Once you are logged in (or if you are already logged in), go to your My Account page. You can access your account page from the E-Learning dropdown menu above. Once on your account page, you’ll see links to your exam there under the My Exams header.

Human Kinetics / DSW Fitness Customers

You should have received access instructions to your e-learning exam by email. To take your exam, please log into our e-learning platform and take your exam there. Please follow the same procedure as described for Advanced Training Programs above to locate your exam.
