E-Learning Course: Lower Limbs
The lower limbs are typically our only source of contact with Earth during the course of any given day. The lower limbs transfer forces, generate power and literally move us toward our destination, or our destiny. Since the lower limbs grow out of the lumbar spine their function is intimately integrated with the health of the lumbo-pelvic region of the body in a bidirectional manner. Understanding the interactions between the core and the lower limb helps to identify causative pathways in injury and to build conditioning strategies to optimize performance. This all-new CHEK Lower Limb Course will lead you through many of the most common lower limb injuries, how to screen for them, how to identify etiological contributions and how to develop highly effective rehabilitation and conditioning strategies, based on core CHEK principles.
The Pro, the Person & the Soul
PPS Success Mastery Program Lesson 11: Communication Skills Development
Open and honest communication is the cornerstone of any meaningful relationship–personal or professional. In PPS Lesson 11, Paul unveils a special method of communication that will give you the ability to convey your thoughts–even ones that might be tremendously challenging to your listener–without triggering a negative response. Put Paul’s system into practice and you’ll discover how to adapt your natural way of speaking to your listener’s rhythm of communication, while naturally and effortlessly avoiding the vagueness that causes most communication problems. Learn to maintain your cool in conversation, even when your partner is expressing violent, negative emotions, and sidestep emotional triggers that can short-circuit healthy communication.
E-Learning Course: Infant Development
This course provides focused training on the powerful system of infant development that Paul has designed and tested.
Students will learn the theoretical foundation of infant development, discover the physical, mental and emotional stages of human development and how disruptions in those stages can cause a variety of challenges later in life. On a practical level, you will learn a number of assessments designed to identify the physical, emotional, and mental etiology of movement inefficiency, as well as special infant development exercises to remedy those inefficiencies.

What a Journey!
Online Workshop: Integrated Movement Science Level 3 Review
Beyond IMS Level 3, students gain the ability to work with highly complicated client cases and, for lack of a better term, “medical failures.” For this reason, your skills using ALL your CHEK Advanced Training will be tested. During this two-day workshop, we review all assessments from the IMS Level 3, including how to set up your assessment sequence. We also demonstrate how both your musculoskeletal and HLC assessment findings should be used to complete a specialized CHEK program that works, using all of your CHEK training.
We highly recommend that you prepare a case study for this review workshop to ensure you get the most out of it.
Case Study Requirements
Each case study should include results of a full IMS Level 3 assessment and client programs following assessment including periodization.
