Returns and Exchanges
Your Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day unconditional guarantee on our physical products i.e. those that are actually shipped to you via mail or UPS. If for any reason, within 30-days of delivery, you wish to return an item for a full refund or credit towards other C.H.E.K Institute products, please call 1-800-552-8789 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an authorization for a product return.
All returns MUST be authorized by the C.H.E.K Institute prior to shipping the merchandise back to us for an exchange or refund to be given. Returned products need to be undamaged and should be returned in their original packaging. You will be given your refund, credit or exchange once we receive the item back. Please include a copy of your receipt or a note with your name, address and phone number with your return.
Digital Material, eBooks, PDF Document Products, MP3 Audio, and Webinar/Teleseminar Products
All sales of downloadable digital material, eBooks, PDF document, MP3 Audio, and Webinar/Teleseminar products and or any combination of these products are FINAL. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON THESE TYPES OF PRODUCTS. It is our policy, and the policy of most other companies, not to offer refunds on these types of products since we cannot guarantee the discontinuation of their use after the refund. If you are having any problems with accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us for assistance – we are glad to help!
Web-based Courses and Classes
Web-based courses and lessons are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if the course or class has NOT been completed.
Return Shipping Charges
You are responsible for any return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item or a defective item).
Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the delivery date. After the 30-day mark, all sales are final, except in the case of defects.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item that you wish to return, then that part of your return will be credited to your account for use with a future purchase.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer.
Refunds are credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Please allow between 2-3 weeks from the day we receive the product back for returns to be processed.
Warranty Information and Defective Products
We do our best to ensure that all C.H.E.K Institute products are manufactured to the highest standards, but occasionally errors do occur. Products manufactured by the C.H.E.K Institute carry a 60-day limited warranty against defects. We will accept defects for third-party products up to 60-days from the time of delivery; however, after the 60-day mark, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly based upon their unique warranties.
Tornado Ball: Due to the high ballistic nature of this product, it carries a 30-day warranty. The defect policy only covers manufacturing flaws, not product abuse.
For defective products, we may ask you return the product to us for examination. In this case, we will send you a return shipping label
Using a Return Shipping Label
Our return mailing labels are valid only for orders shipped within the U.S.A. Each mailing label is assigned to a specific shipment and is weight sensitive, so please do not send other items with the same shipment, otherwise UPS will refuse shipment or charge an extra fee and you will not receive the correct refund. Please note that you are responsible for taking the package to a UPS drop point nearest you or scheduling a pick-up.
Products Purchased from Authorized Distributors or Resellers
If you purchased a C.H.E.K Institute product from one of our authorized distributors or resellers, then you must handle the return directly through them.
