Important Information for Customers Shipping Orders Outside the USA
Orders that are to be shipped out of the United States to a foreign country may take extra time (up to six weeks sometimes) to arrive. The C.H.E.K Institute, unfortunately, has no control over the length of time your order will take to clear customs in your country or for the postal service to deliver it to you.
International Affiliates
The C.H.E.K Institute has authorized distributors, called International Affiliates, in the following countries:
Sweden – Eleiko Sport
UK – CHEK Europe and CHEK Shop Ltd
Australia & New Zealand – CHEK Institute Australia
Due to agreements with these distributors, the C.H.E.K Institute cannot ship items to customers in these countries if that item is also sold by the distributor. For the quickest service, please order directly from the International Affiliate in your country.
Orders placed via the C.H.E.K Institute website that are to be shipped to a country where there is an International Affiliate may be forwarded to that International Affiliate for processing and fulfillment. These orders will be subject to the current taxes, shipping rates and product prices of our International Affiliate, which may be different from the amounts shown on the C.H.E.K Institute website. Additionally, a few items carried by our distributors differ slightly in style from the picture on this website.
International Affiliates may be added or removed at any time.

Special discounts or promotions offered by the C.H.E.K Institute may not be available through the International Affiliates.
Tax and Duties (if applicable)
Orders that are shipped from the C.H.E.K Institute to a country other than the USA may be charged additional tax and duties by the customs agencies of the receiving country. The actual amount charged is based upon the value of the goods and varies from country to country. These fees are not included in the shipping and handling fees charged by the C.H.E.K Institute and are the responsibility of the customer. Generally these are payable to the carrier in your country when the order is delivered to you, or prior to delivery when the package is released from customs.
By United States federal law, we must include the actual price of your order on your invoice. As customs duties vary from country to country, we cannot predict what the actual amount will be for your order. As a rough guideline, take the total of your order in US$, convert to your currency, then multiply by your local Goods and Services tax, Sales tax or VAT plus an additional 3-10% for duty.
IMPORTANT:
If you refuse to pay all applicable customs duties and taxes, your order will not be delivered. In this case, it will be returned to the C.H.E.K Institute. Once we receive the goods back, we will contact you to see if you still want your order. If you request us to resend it, we will charge you another shipping and handling charge before shipment. If you request a refund, the amount of your refund will be the amount you paid minus all shipping charges and any additional charges that were billed to the C.H.E.K Institute due to your refusal to accept the order. Since it can take up to three months for us to receive returned parcels from overseas, there may be a significant delay before you receive any refund for your order.

If you purchased a C.H.E.K Institute product from one of our authorized distributors or resellers and wish to return it, then you must contact the International Affiliate directly.
